Media Coordinator




Job description:

  • Act as a liaison with advertising agencies and clients including building & revising proposal

  • Providing client with schedule for their Insertion Order allocation

  • Coordinates between client and internal teams to ensure all ads material are on time

  • Report directly to the Advertising Director

  • Tracking campaigns and taking screenshots for and creating post-buy analysis reports


The ideal candidate:

  • Has a passion for media in all its forms – digital, print, social

  • Is an organised team player who enjoys working with clients

  • Is friendly and articulate


The responsibilities:

  • Liaise with advertising agencies and direct clients to build and revise proposals for print and digital lifestyle media buys

  • Provide client service follow-up: scheduling insertions, coordinating ad material receipt

       tracking campaigns to create post-buy analysis reports

  • Report directly to the Advertising Director


Preference will go to applicants with:

  • Previous experience in a media company or agency

  • 2 or more years of admin experience

  • Only Singaporean / PR need to apply
