The role:
We are currently looking for a Finance and Admin Assistant to work in our Finance department in Singapore.
Responsibilities:
-
Assist in finance matters including invoicing, billing requests, payment arrangements and processing revenue collections.

Perform general administration and clerical duties including filing documents, keying in data (using-in-house systems), banking cheques, mailing out documents, etc.

Maintain and update current office databases
-
Provide support to other departments as and when required
Requirements:

Singapore Citizens Only

Diploma or degree holder (preferably with finance background)
-
Able to start immediately
-
Ability to communicate effectively and follow instructions
-
Ability to work quickly, transparently and follow company systems
-
Competent in MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint
-
Pleasant disposition, courteous and able to handle queries confidently and with discretion
