Finance and Admin Assistant

The role:

We are currently looking for a Finance and Admin Assistant to work in our Finance department in Singapore.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in finance matters including invoicing, billing requests, payment arrangements and processing revenue collections.

  • Perform general administration and clerical duties including filing documents, keying in data (using-in-house systems), banking cheques, mailing out documents, etc.

  • Maintain and update current office databases

  • Provide support to other departments as and when required

 

Requirements:

  • Singapore Citizens Only

  • Diploma or degree holder (preferably with finance background)

  • Able to start immediately

  • Ability to communicate effectively and follow instructions

  • Ability to work quickly, transparently and follow company systems

  • Competent in MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint

  • Pleasant disposition, courteous and able to handle queries confidently and with discretion
